The Financial Conduct Authority require us to provide you with a document called an Initial Disclosure Document. This document provides information about us, the products we offer, the services we will provide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us, what to do if you have a complaint and details about the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
We supply brand new vehicles and connect you with lenders who can provide the best finance method for your personal requirements. We will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate to your lending or purchase requirements or general information relating to finance products. In assessing your requirements we may seek such information about your personal circumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information. You will not receive advice, or a recommendation from us, but we may ask questions to narrow down the selection of firms offered, from which you can more easily make your own choice if you so wish. The vehicle order and the finance agreement are separate agreements.
As a Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker we can introduce you to a range of lenders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services. We also work in conjunction with Fleet Alliance. Their registered address is The Skypark, 1, Elliot Square, Glasgow G3 8EP.
In terms of products, we can supply you with most major manufacturers. We work closely with supply groups up and down the country allowing us to cater for more of your requirements.
Whatever vehicle discounts 21st Century Motors secures are passed to the Customer, and in return we charge an introduction fee of £249.99+vat (£299.99 incl. VAT). This will be invoiced to you as an administration fee after your application has been accepted and refunded if for any reason the vehicle order cannot be placed. We will send you a payment link of which you can then make a secure online payment via WorldPay using a credit or debit card. For those wishing to pay by BACS, this can also be arranged.
21st Century Motors Limited may request an upfront financial commitment which will be refunded in full, only following successful delivery. This is only required if the vehicle order can only be processed with financial commitment payable to supplying dealership. This is usually only applicable to high value vehicles or vehicles that are tailor built to your specific requirements, therefore meaning re-sale will be difficult and the supply chain may lose money due to your decision to cancel.
The administration fee we charge is protected and remains refundable for 14 days. This will not be refunded if you decide to cancel for any reason after 14 days from signing the order form.

This will be requested within 14 days of a cancellation notice being received by us and will be payable by Bank Transfer to 21st Century Motors Limited within 14 days of the charge request being received by the client. If payment is not received, this may be passed to debt collectors.
This does not affect your right to cancel the finance agreement within its own cooling off period, in accordance with the Distance Marketing Directive. However, you may be responsible to find alternative funding options for the vehicle you have ordered
Any future promotion or pricing cannot be implemented to an order that has already been placed. Any changes to an order will require a cancellation of the current order and the standard cancellation terms will apply.
